S 106 Planning Obligations

Advise and negotiate on behalf of the client on planning obligations and planning gain contributions to ensure that they are commensurate with the scale and kind of development.

Permitted Development Advice

Advice on changes to General Permitted Development Order (GPDO) or development management advice to landowners and developers.

Lawful Development Certificates

 Secure lawful development certificate for clients by collating relevant information to present a robust case.

Heritage/Conservation Area Advice

Analysis of local townscape and heritage assets to prepare Heritage Statements to support planning application submissions.

Development Team Management

Coordination of relevant technical teams to deliver client aspirations with respect to development proposals and manage the entire planning process from inception to delivery of planning permission.

Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)

Advise clients on the appropriate level of CIL contribution having regard to relevant guidelines and opportunities to minimise outlay.
